‘Let the beauty of what you love be what you do’ - Rumi

Welcome to my page, friends; I’m so happy you have arrived! Let me tell you a little bit about myself and what you can expect from my classes. 

I first found yoga in 2001, while looking for a way to add more movement into my routine, to build strength and relieve tension. I began to find solace on my mat, uncovering a deep desire to learn more about mind/body practices. While raising my family, I took time to train as a yoga instructor, and then Pilates instructor as well. 

My classes today blend the mindfulness and postures of yoga with the dynamic core-strengthening movements of Pilates. I encourage students to move mindfully with the intention of honouring their bodies and minds just as they are, breathing with grace through moments of challenge, and finding peace in stillness.

When I’m not on my mat, I love to be outside hiking and exploring. I’m a mom of two teens, and a Cavapoo named Hoji.
