I specialize in combining the flowing movements of Vinyasa Yoga with the dynamic exercises and core awareness of Pilates. I love to design creative mindful practices that build strength and heat within, without the feeling of depletion that can come with other physical workouts. When you roll out your mat with me, I encourage you to practice with the intention of honouring yourself with healthy movement, nourishing breath, and awareness of intention. It’s my goal to have you leave class feeling stronger, more centred, and more at peace than when you arrived.
